One-time setup

This copy of the app isn't connected to a database yet.

1. Create a free project at supabase.com.
2. Open SQL Editor, paste the contents of supabase/schema.sql, change the PIN on the insert into public.settings line, and click Run.
3. Go to Project Settings → API. Copy the Project URL and the anon public key.
4. Open index.html in a text editor and paste both into the APP_CONFIG block near the top.
5. Upload the folder to your web host (see README.md). Done.
